Business Licensing

In order for certain types of businesses to be authorized to carry on business in the Province of Ontario, it is necessary for them to obtain licences from either the municipality in which their business is located, the Provincial Ministry of Consumer & Business Services or both. The County of Lambton does not issue business licences. Please contact your city, town or township government as well as the Provincial ministry to determine whether they issue licences for your type of business.
