Warden Arnold is retired from his career of 35 years working in the petro-chemical industry, while also balancing the duties of a cash crop farmer in St. Clair Township and parenting his four children. In 1985, he began his political career as a Councillor for Sombra Township and he became Deputy Reeve in 1988, serving in this capacity until 1991. As Deputy Reeve, Warden Arnold became a member of Lambton County Council. In 1997 Warden Arnold once again served the community as a Sombra Township Councillor and continued to do so after the amalgamation of the Sombra and Moore Townships into the Township of St. Clair. In November 2003 he became Deputy Mayor of the amalgamated township and once again returned to Lambton County Council. In 2006, he became Mayor of the Township, and was most recently acclaimed in the 2010 municipal election. In December 2006, Warden Arnold was elected to serve as the County of Lambton's Deputy Warden for 2007, and in December 2010, Warden Arnold was elected to serve as Lambton County's Warden for the 2011-2012 term.

Mayor McGugan served his first term as Councillor for Brooke Township in 1997. In 2000 he returned as Councillor for Brooke-Alvinston and in May of 2002, he assumed the role of Mayor. In November, 2003, Mayor McGugan was elected as Mayor of Brooke-Alvinston, a position he continues to hold today.

Mayor Bilton's political career began in 1983 with the former Township of Euphemia. He has served as a Councillor, Deputy Reeve, Reeve and the first and last Mayor of the former Township of Euphemia. In 1992 Mayor Bilton served as Warden of the County of Lambton and in 1998 he became the first Mayor of the amalgamated Township of Dawn-Euphemia. Mayor Bilton is still strong in municipal politics as the current Mayor of the Township of Dawn-Euphemia.

Deputy Mayor Davis-Dagg was born and raised in the rural area near Forest. In 1992, she received the Duke of Edinburg gold level award for leadership. Deputy Mayor Davis-Dagg completed her Juris Doctor law degree in 2001. In intervening years, she has worked in the leadership of two not-for-profit organizations and has been an executive member of many campaign teams at all levels of government. Since 2004, Deputy Mayor Davis-Dagg has helped to establish two citizen action groups. In 2010, she was elected to serve as Deputy Mayor, Lambton Shores. Elizabeth is married to Ronnie Dagg.

Mayor Bradley was elected Alderman on the City of Sarnia Council in November, 1985. He was first elected Mayor in December, 1988 and on January 1st, 1991, he became the first Mayor of the amalgamated City of Sarnia-Clearwater and the first Mayor of Sarnia to serve on Lambton County Council in over seven decades. Mayor Bradley was re-relected to the position in 1994, 1997, 2000, 2003, 2006 and 2010. On June 27, 2000 he became the longest serving Mayor in Sarnia.
Mayor Bradley has also served three terms as Chairman of Sarnia-Lambton Economic Development Commission and is a member of the Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership (formerly the Sarnia-Lambton Council for Economic Renewal). He currently serves as Chairperson, Sarnia Police Services Board; is a former member of the Lambton College Board; a former Chairman of Large Urban Cities, and the former Vice-President of AMO (Association of Municipalities of Ontario).

Councillor Foubister was first elected to Clearwater Council in 1988, and was re-elected to Sarnia City Council in 1991, 1994, 1997, and 2000. He has served as the Chair of Business Park Committees, twice Chair of Sarnia Police Services Board, Chair of the Lambton County Culture and Communications Committee, twice Chair of Public Works Committee, Lambton County Deputy Warden in 2001, and past Chair of the Emergency Services Committee. In 2004, Councillor Foubister served as Lambton County's Deputy Warden.

Councillor MacDougall began her political service to the people of Sarnia – Lambton in 2003 when she was first elected to Sarnia and Lambton County Councils. As an active living and cycling enthusiast, she Co-Chaired the Lambton County Regional Trails Committee - bringing design and user expertise to Lambton’s evolving system of trails and their connections to neighbouring jurisdictions. She served as a member of the St. Clair Parks Commission, overseeing the transfer of the St. Clair Parkway from the Province of Ontario to local municipalities of St. Clair Township and the City of Sarnia. Currently she is serving as Chair of the Gallery Lambton Advisory Committee, Chair of the County’s Land Division & Woodlot Committee, while actively working with County and St. Clair Region Conservation Authority officials to develop a Lambton Tree Legacy Program as a legacy gift to future generations.
In addition to her political service Bev is a passionate community developer - actively at work in the not for profit sector as Executive Director of the Lochiel Kiwanis Community Centre for the past 12 years - that now carries three prideful heritage designations in the heart of downtown Sarnia.

Deputy Mayor Gilliland retired from industry (Bayer) in 2001 after a 42 year career. In 2003 he ran for St .Clair Township Council and was elected. In the next term (2006) he was elected to serve as the Township's Deputy Mayor. In 2010, he was acclaimed as Deputy Mayor.

Mayor Case entered the political scene in 2001, having been elected Mayor for Warwick Township. After sitting on County Council for just one year, he was elected to serve as the County’s Deputy Warden in 2002. He was elected to serve as Warden for 2003 and 2004. He continues to serve the residents of the Township of Warwick as Mayor.
