Legal Services

The Legal Services Department is responsible for handling and managing the County’s legal affairs.  In addition to providing services to all of the County’s departments, the Legal Services Department is responsible for various compliance matters, protecting the County’s interests and for prosecuting and overseeing the prosecution of provincial offences, including by-laws, before the Ontario Court of Justice.
