Sarnia, ON – The Sarnia Library’s Book Discussion Club has lively informal discussions that allow people to enjoy good conversation and make new friends.  Everyone is welcome to attend.  The next meeting is in the West Room of the Sarnia Library on Monday, January 4th at 7:00 PM.  People with current library memberships can call 519 337-3291 to reserve copies of the books.  Monday

The humourous everyday adventures of the colourful residents of a Montreal street of apartments on one spring day in 1942.

Monday     February 1, 2010              Blonde Faith               Walter Mosley In the tenth series installment featuring sleuth Easy Rawlings, it's 1967 and Easy is emotionally on edge after learning that his true love, Bonnie Shay, plans to marry an African prince.   He's also caught up in searching for two old friends.

Monday     March 1, 2010                  Fruit                            Brian Francis

This novel about a 13-year old boy living in Sarnia by former Sarnia resident Brian Francis seeks to explore the powers of imagination in dealing with one’s sexuality and place in the world.
