Sarnia, ON – If you are pregnant or thinking about becoming pregnant, consider attending Early Series Prenatal Classes offered by the County of Lambton Community Health Services Department.
Classes are FREE and take place on three Thursday evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. The next session takes place on January 28, February 4 and February 11.
Early pregnancy prenatal classes give your child a healthy start to life. The classes cover the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy, the stages of growth and development of the fetus, and common tests and procedures during pregnancy. In addition, expectant mothers and their partners will be provided with resources to make informed decisions about physical activity, healthy eating, medications, workplace safety, tobacco use and exposure, alcohol, and other factors that influence the health of the baby.
