Pipeline Agreements

Prior to the placement, reconstruction or alteration of any private pipeline or related plant/appurtenance  (gas, sewer, watermain, etc.) under, along or across the county road allowance, permission must be obtained from the Public Works Department in accordance with By-Law 13 of 2008.

Each application submitted to the Public Works Department must be accompanied by the appropriate application and road use fees (please see Schedule A of the By-Law). In addition, a refundable security deposit will be required. The security deposit will be returned to the applicant, without inteerest, upon the receipt of all necessary deliverables and the completion of all restoration.
