A Sign permit is required for the construction of any sign, notice or advertising device measuring greater than 1’x3’ located within the County's control area (100m of the center line of a County Road). Signs measuring less than 1’x3’ are classified as temporary and will not require a permit provided a letter of approval has been received from the Manager of Public Works. An application for the placement or construction of signage adjacent to a County Road can be obtained by contacting the Public Works Department located at 789 Broadway Street, Wyoming, ON, 519 845-0801 or 1-866-324-6912, during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm), or alternatively, by opening the PDF file below.
Cost: $100.00, payable upon issuance and before the work has begun.
