Legal Services / Clerk's Department
Preparing by-laws, policies and procedures are large components of the Department's work. The Legal Services / Clerk's Department also maintains the records of Council meetings, resolutions and by-laws of the County.
Staff also process inquiries made through the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and insurance claims.
Corporate records are managed through the Legal Services / Clerk’s Department. The Records Management Coordinator is responsible for preserving and protecting Corporate records for legal and historical use.
