Legal Services / Clerk's Department

Preparing by-laws, policies and procedures are large components of the Department's work.  The Legal Services / Clerk's Department also maintains the records of Council meetings, resolutions and by-laws of the County.

Staff also process inquiries made through the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and insurance claims.

Corporate records are managed through the Legal Services / Clerk’s Department.   The Records Management Coordinator is responsible for preserving and protecting Corporate records for legal and historical use.

Inquiries can be made to:  Bev Snobelen, Records Management Coordinator, 519 845-0809 x 5372, 1-866 324 6912 or e-mail bev.snobelen@county-lambton.on.ca.
