Clerk's Department

Preparing by-laws, policies and procedures are large components of the Department's work.  The Clerk's Department also maintains the records of Council meetings, resolutions, by-laws, etc. of the County. Staff also process inquiries made through the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and insurance claims.

Corporate records are managed through the Clerk’s Department.   The Records Management Coordinator is responsible for preserving and protecting Corporate records for legal and historical use.    Inquiries can be made to:  Bev Snobelen, Records Management Coordinator, 519 845-0809 x 5372, 1-866 324 6912 or e-mail bev.snobelen@county-lambton.on.ca.
