Special Need Services

Lambton County assists with funding to agencies providing special needs resourcing to children with special needs.

• Currently one organization is providing special needs resourcing.
• The County funds and reviews protocols for service and reporting for special needs service agreements.
• Child care agencies throughout the County have access to special needs resource staff to assist them in providing programming for children with special needs.

• Developmental Assessments are provided by staff and program plans are developed to assist with the child’s needs.
