Welcome! The tenders, quotes & proposals section of Lambton County's website allows visitors to view active tender, quotation and proposal requirements and provides visitors the ability to view results of recent requests. Vendors can also register as a bidder for specific requests and where possible, download the document directly as well as view any posted addendums. Interested sub contractors can also obtain a list of parties who have registered as bidders.  Summarized below is a list of options availalbe to site visitors.

View Active Tenders, Quotes & Proposals

When viewing current bidding opportunities, a site visitor will be able to see current tender, quotation and proposal opportunities with the County of Lambton. Each requirement is accompanied by a brief description and whenever possible, a PDF file of the requested documentation. If the document is not available online, it is usually because the package contains blueprints or other content that cannot easily be transmitted over the Internet. At all times, any document can be obtained directly from the County of Lambton or its consultant via pick up or Courier Service. (Transportation charges will apply.)

View Closed Tenders, Quotes & Proposals

Whenever possible, the corporation will post at its earliest convenience a list of responses to bidding opportunities and when applicable the total price submitted.  This information is supplied for convenience only; award to any bidder will not occur until after all of the bids have been thoroughly reviewed and it is confirmed that purchasing protocol has been adhered to.
